You are invited to attend the Advanced Level 3 Guts Training
Friday 26th September to Sunday 28th September 2025 – London
When: 6 to 9.30pm on Friday, 9am to 8pm Saturday, 9am to 4pm Sunday
Who: Led & Facilitated by John Kurk - NWTA Leader, MKPI Leader Trainer and Shadow Work Trainer and Hugh Newton – NWTA Co-Leader and MKP Guts Trainer
This is a Guts Skills Training for experienced men who want to take their range of ability on the carpet to the next level of competence. Plus an unusual opportunity to be with John Kurk who is recognised internationally as one of the most competent and experienced facilitators around, bringing decades of experience to this training.
You must already have:
Either attended a previous Guts 2 training and have at least 10 NWTA staffing’s or experience in staffing PITS,
Or be a senior staff man with 20+ staffing’s, or LIT or CLC,
Plus be willing to lead a process from beginning to the end
There are a maximum of 16 places and these will be allocated on a first come-first served basis subject to meeting the above requirements (or a discussion about those if needed).
You will come away with:
A perspective on your own abilities thus far and knowledge of your limitations and shadow behaviour.
An enhanced perspective, understanding of the 4 Archetypes and their relevance in processing.
An enhanced awareness of sexual abuse and trauma issues and how to proceed, exit, change course or just stop!
An understanding and ability to handle the whole male age range
A clear perception of what it takes to lead a guts team
Increased appreciation and recognition of advanced facilitation
Increased listening & language skills
Personal and group feedback
Some, but not all, men having done a piece of personal work.
