Gateway NWTA’s
WHAT IS A GATEWAY NWTA?
A Gateway NWTA utilises the same globally respected protocols as every New Warrior Training Adventure but incorporates cultural, accessibility, or demographic modifications. It is specially tailored to meet a particular demographic's requirements and life circumstances. The training staff will, wherever possible, consist of men who identify with the demographic or possess special skills to address the needs of the participating men. The objective is to 'empower the minority,' acknowledging the lived experiences and social and cultural contexts of those in attendance.
BLACK & BROWN GATEWAY
A group of Black and Brown* men from the ManKind Project UK&I have organised a unique adventure to empower men like us. The goal is to foster self-nurturing and support among men, aiming for them to eventually become the elders and fathers that society needs.
Each Adventure unites 16-18 Black & Brown men guided by a team of 30-34 predominantly Black and Brown staff members from various regions within the ManKind Project. Some staff members are first-timers, while others have extensive experience. Each staff member plays a vital role in shaping your adventure experience.
