Whether you identify as Gay, Bi, Trans, Questioning, Queer, or Curious, the GBTQ+ New Warrior Training Adventure (NWTA) provides a path to discovering and integrating your authentic masculine power. 

The New Warrior Training Adventure weekend is a real time hero’s journey, and the challenge of a lifetime for many men. This is not a retreat, a conference, or a workshop. We invite men to join us for a safe, cutting edge 48 hours to look at your life without distractions.

Though all NWTA weekends are open to all men, some choose our GBTQ+ focused NWTAs. The staff on this special weekend is comprised mostly of GBTQ+ men.

WHEN: October 24-26th 2025 near Sheffield, England

HOW LONG IS IT: Arrival between 5.30 and 6pm Friday through until 4pm Sunday .

WHAT YOU WILL GET: You’ll get more than you’re willing to hope for: purpose, passion, vibrancy, joy, healing, connection to self, new energy, clarity, power, freedom, understanding, brotherhood, and trust. Over 70,000 men have now taken this journey, and every man’s experience has been unique.

WHAT DOES IT COST: The cost is £600* .This includes all accommodations, meals and materials. Financial assistance and payment plans are available.

We have a Diversity Fund which aims to bring greater inclusion and access to all of our events for all disenfranchised groups whilst reducing discrimination across all defined characteristics; Race, Class, Age, Sexuality, Ability, Gender Reassignment, Religion or Belief.

Registration for any New Warrior Training Adventure is a Two Step-process: Step 1 - complete the contact form below, select a date that suits you, and pay your deposit. Step 2 - you will then be automatically re-directed to our secure server where you will be asked to complete a further 3 online forms (a Medical Questionnaire, a Confidentiality & Release form and a Diversity Monitoring form). You will also be given instructions on how to pay the balance of your fees.

I don’t exaggerate when I say that my weekend training was a life-changing experience! Suddenly, not only a blindfold is pulled from my eyes, but also everything in your life takes on a richer depth of colour, a sharpness of shape, greater definition. I cannot recommend this enough – remember when you were a little child and you were scared of the darkness, of the “monster” under your bed? Well, the weekend training is basically your journey in that dark bedroom, from your bed to the light switch! The fact that this was an experience for GBTQ men run by GBTQ men made it all the more profound for me - being able to have my story listened to and witnessed by my tribe, that was just unique!

The GBTQ gateway offers a safe environment and place to experience transformation with other like-minded GBTQ Individuals.  Those who have attended a GBTQ gateway in comparison to a traditional NWTA speak often of the ability to drop into their bodies, their truths, their authentic selves, and express their pain, wounds and secrets with other folks on a similar journey.  
As a Leader in the Mankind Project, Gateway trainings have let me establish inclusive experiences for all who attend. It’s allowed me to tap into all parts of myself, particularly my creativity, and express the balance between masculine and feminine energetics within.  Gateway trainings have led me to embrace deeper vulnerability and empowered me beyond anything I imagined in mixed containers. The support I’ve received leading these trainings over the last couple of decades, although an uphill battle, has made room for various people of difference in discovery of their own power and true selves.
