REFUND POLICY
Our Refund Policy for all events is as follows:
More Than 48 Hours Notice – Full Refund: A full refund and/or offer of another place on another Training will be given (subject to availability)
Less Than 48 Hours Notice - No Automatic Refund: If you give less than 48 hours’ notice that you will not be attending, and we are unable to fill your place, then no refund will be given for any fees paid – exceptional circumstances will be considered.
Do Not Show Up for the Training with No Notice – No Refund: No refund will be granted if you fail to come to the Training that you have signed up for and do not give notice.
Do Not Complete the Training – No Automatic Refund: If you leave the training before the agreed finishing time, no automatic refund will be granted and the circumstances of your leaving will need to be reviewed. If you do leave, you will, however, be permitted to attend another MKP UK&I Training (within one year of the training you left) to complete your training at no extra cost, provided there is an open spot for you.
Complete the Training and Want a Refund: If you complete the training but are not satisfied, you will be given a full refund of your money provided that the following criteria are met:
Your Training Fee has been paid in full, or all agreements met prior to commencement of the Training.
You have been in attendance for each of the days of the Training.
You request your refund in writing (e-mail is fine) from the organiser together with your reasons for doing so within 7 days of the end of the Training.
