MKP UK&I Level 2 Guts Facilitation Training

£200 per man (limited to 12 places)

This is a 2 Day Non- Residential Training for 12 men

Friday: 6 pm (arrival from 4pm) to 9 pm

Saturday: 10am (arrival from 9.30am) to 9 pm

Sunday: 10am (arrival from 9.30am) to 4 pm

Advanced Guts Facilitation Training for NWTA’s and I Groups

Purpose

  • To develop an enlarged and more in depth perspective on the 4 archetypes including the impact of core wounding and trauma in each and the resulting inflated and deflated shadow behaviours.

  • To continue to build expertise in facilitating a process from beginning to end.

  • To develop confidence and expertise facilitating more complex processes.

  • To gain an understanding of how to deal with problems on the carpet.

Within this Facilitation Training you will learn

  • Further steps to working safely with deep trauma, including sexual abuse.

  • Working with deep and complex processes including:

  • Working with grief and sadness, loss and death – graveside process.

  • Working with fear and constriction – safety officer process

  • Working with darkness and predator – predator process

  • What to do when a man detaches and struggles to begin his process or when he flags during his process.

  • Working with ideal support and a man’s higher power.

  • Working with younger men and older men.The importance of anchoring and good endings.

  • We will be running live processes, with time outs and freeze frames. Participants will be running processes from the beginning to the end with Hugh as mentor and trainer offering best practice options.

Debrief & Feedback - At the end of each process we will thoroughly debrief the whole process, and examine how the facilitators managed the process.

You will learn how to facilitate, and some men will have an opportunity to do their own work on the carpet.

All participants should have completed MKP’s Basic Guts Facilitation Training before attending this training.

This training is non-residential and you will be asked to bring your own food to share
