Post NWTA PIT Weekend Training - Manchester

This Training is for men who have initiated on an NWTA weekend. The PIT (Primary Integration Training) is to help men take the knowledge and experience they took from the NWTA weekend and integrate it into their daily lives.

PIT stands for "Primary Integration Training". It is the ManKind Project's follow up facilitated training to the New Warrior Training Adventure (NWTA). The purpose of the PIT is to reinforce the ideas and concepts you were introduced to on the NWTA and to prepare you to join an ongoing local I-Group or Men’s Group.. Attending a PIT is a requirement to join many ManKind Project I-Groups and to staff a weekend.

PITs tend to consist of 6-15 participants and are led by 2-4 experienced staff.

The PIT is a smaller and more intimate circle than the NWTA, with more time for reflection and integration. Many men find it a powerful experience.

It is common for men who have recently attended their NWTA to go to a PIT, but you do not have to have done the NWTA recently - it is open to all NWTA initiated men, regardless of when or where they initiated.

What do I need to do to attend a PIT?

You need to have previously attended an NWTA in order to attend a PIT. It is useful to read through these FAQs, then all you have to do is register and pay.
