Four Directions Men’s Circle

Based in the South East of the UK a new miles north of Brighton, Four Directions Men's Circle provides a community space for men to benefit from peer support through sharing experiences, knowledge and wisdom. The Circle is held in a number of spaces, including regular face to face meetings, occasional events and an online network. The group’s aim is to support men’s wellbeing and sense of identity through cultivating a regular practice of self awareness, learning and positive change - ultimately benefiting their relationships with themselves, their family and friends and their wider communities.

An Open Circle is a scheduled event similar to a regular MKP Mens I-Group, but It has its own flow and protocol. This is an opportunity for men to safely go within and discover and explore the presence of their inner voice. They can experience a healthy and safe environment by sitting in circle with men who can model authenticity, integrity, vulnerability and openness in a loving way.
